Best time to pray clarification

According to Ayatullah Ali Sistani’s Fatwa Namaz-e Ayat can only be recited between the duration of Partial eclipse Start, Full Eclipse and Partial eclipse end time. Below are the timing i.e. Between 31st January 2018, 10:48pm and 1st February 2018, 2:11AM when Namaz-e Ayat can be recited.
