Sheikh Muhammad Abbas Virjee has organised a wellbeing and health awareness program, with the primary aim of educating the community on healthy lifestyle practices—covering diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, and overall well-being. The idea is to approach this both from an Islamic perspective and through the lens of modern medicine.
The format would be a 40-minute moderated discussion with a special guest panel, followed by a 30-minute Q&A session with the audience.
