This week at IHC 17/08/2019 – 10th Imam’s Birthday – Eid-e-Ghadeer – Eid-e-Mubahila – Guest Maulana Kumail Mehdavi

On Saturday 17th August, we will be celebrating Eid-e-Ghadeer and Eid-e-Mubahila as well as 10th Imam Ali An-Naqi’s birthday.
Sheikh Nami Farhat will give a lecture in English at 7.30pm, followed by Urdu majlis by Maulana Kumail Mehdavi

First night of Muharram 1441 will be on Saturday 31st August. The Muharram calendar will be sent out next week.

On Saturday 24th August, we will be having Parent-Teacher Meetings for children in Junior classes 3, 4 and 5.
All meetings will begin at 7.30pm in the junior building.
The Islamic Studies and Quran teachers will be in their classrooms. Please attend with your child/ren and find out about their progress.
INTENSIVE QURAN CLASSES – NOW ON THURSDAY NIGHTS

We have organised intensive Quran classes on Thursday from 6.00 AM – 7.30 PM – each student will be allocated a 1 hour session, each session will only have 3 students so each student can accelerate their learning. Br. Ali Nanji will be running the classes. Cost is $60 per MONTH / $15 per week – paid to the teacher. Please contact Br. Ali on – 0416958129
ISLAMIC COURSE 1 – Husaini Rituals – Week 5 – Saturday 10th August
Week 5 will continue this week from 2.30 PM – 4.00 PM

Extra Quran Classes for IHS students
Imam Hasan Centre is offering Thursday evening Qur’an classes for new and existing IHS students who wish to improve their recitation. Thursday Qur’an classes intend to supplement the madrasah learning.
Classes will be taught by Sister Amina Alimohamed.
