Alhamdulillah, we have completed a week of Ramadhan, may Allah help us all and guide us during this month, accept all our Ibadat and shower us with His mercy, blessings and forgiveness.
This Saturday 26th May, we will be commemorating the death anniversary of Bibi Khadija A.S. , the wife of our Holy Prophet.
The program will begin with Maghrib prayers at 5.18pm, followed by Iftar and Du’as.
Majlis will begin at 7pm and will be recited by Maulana Shoaib Naqvi. – Guest reciter Ali Ansar.
Upcoming events
On Saturday 2nd June, we will be celebrating the birthday of our 2nd Imam Hasan A.S. as well as the 14th birthday of Imam Hasan Centre.
The program will begin after maghrib prayers at 5.16pm, followed by Iftar and Du’as. Students of Imam Hasan School will do a short presentation, followed by Majlis recited by Maulana Kamran Ali Jafri, resident Alim at Al-Asr Centre Victoria. Sheikh Nami Farhat will be presennting in English.
Maulana Jafri will be at IHC until the end of the month of Ramadhan.
On Sunday 3rd June, we will be commemorating the attack on our 1st Imam Ali A.S.
The program will begin with Maghrib prayers at 5.16pm, followed by Iftar and Du’as. Majlis will begin at 7pm and will be recited by Maulana Kamran Jafri and Sheikh Nami Farhat in English.
The Aamal program will begin after the majlis and matam.

Saturday timings: 3.30pm till Maghrib
Sunday timings : 4.15pm till Maghrib (no class on Sunday 3rd June )
There will be no classes on Saturday 16th June if Eid is confirmed on the day.
Hifz Competition during Ramadhan for Imam Hasan School students
Imam Hasan School is running a Hifz competition during Ramadhan, parallel to the Panjatan centre in Melbourne. IHS encourages all its students to participate in the competition, as Ramadhan is the month of becoming closer to the Quran. For this competition, students will be required to memorise surahs at home, to the Silver level, or Silver and Gold level, as per the table.
Students need to register by filling in their names on the Noticeboards in the foyer.
Students will be tested on Saturday 9th June during class time ONLY. Any absentees will NOT be tested at a later stage.
The results and prize distribution will take place after Eid Salah at Imam Hasan Centre.
