This Week at IHC – 2nd Dec 2017 – Celebrating the Wilayat of our 12th Imam & Eid-e-Zehra – Guest – Manzar Bhopali

By the Grace of God we have major celebratory events over the next few week, starting with the celebration of the Wilayat our 12th Imam and next week the birthday of our Holy Prophet, Prophet Muhammad SAAW. May Allah bless you all and your families during these festive periods.
We are pleased to have Br. Manzar Bhopali to present his World renowned URDU Poetry and will be reciting on the 2nd and 9th December at Imam Hasan Centre and on 10th December at Al-Asr Centre in Melbourne.
THIS WEEK
Saturday December 2nd – Wilayat of 12th Imam – Maghrib
Starting with Maghrib prayers at 8.16 PM the program will be
8.45 PM – English Lecture by Br. Hasan Reda – ” Topic – Mukhtar”
9.15 PM – URDU Program – Br. Manzar Bhopali
10.00 PM Dinner

Saturday 9th December – Celebrating the Birthday of Prophet Muhammad SAAW Birthday & Imam Ja’far Sadiq A.S.
This will also coincide with the end of year school presentation – the program for the day will be
Madrassah will continue as normal starting at 5.00 PM
6.30 PM – School Presentation Day – Includes Prizes, Awards and class presentations
7.30 PM – English Program – Br Hasan Reda – “The Prophet of Islam”
8.00 PM – Quiz – Prizes
8.22 PM – Maghrib Prayers
9.00 PM – URDU Program – Br. Manzar Bhopali
9.30 PM- Dinner

Timings for Term 4 are 5pm till Maghrib prayers.
Please bring children punctually for class and collect them promptly after prayers.
Places are limited for other new enrolments and waiting list forms can be taken from the Office, however there is NO guarantee of spots for 2018 .
Presentation of reports and last day of Term 4 will be Saturday 9th December at 6.45pm.
All parents are requested to attend the presentation and receive the reports.
Re-enrolment forms are available in the Foyer. Please fill out ONE form per family with your contact information (a different style form to previous years) whether or not your family is returning to IHS in 2018. Forms need to be filled and collected by 25th November.

Extra Quran Classes for IHS students
Imam Hasan Centre is offering Thursday evening Qur’an classes for new and existing IHS students who wish to improve their recitation. Thursday Qur’an classes intend to supplement the madrasah learning.
Classes will be taught by Sister Amina Alimohamed.
