18-05-2024 : Birthday : 8th Imam : Syeda Masuma AS : Finals Quran Competition
Salaam Alaykum
On Saturday 18th May, 2024 we will be celebrating the birthdays of our Imam Reza AS and Syeda Masuma AS. The program for Saturday will be different, as we focus on the final of the Quran reciting competition for the U17 and Men’s category.
This competition began in the Holy month of Ramadhan and we have some outstanding reciters from across Sydney as well as the very best judges who are also competing in the competition in different categories.
A prize pool of $10,000 has been set to be shared by the winners and place getters.
Imam Hasan Centre with efforts of Sheikh Mohammed Abbas Virjee has focused on improving the Quran skills in or community, recently we were fortunate to have Br. Imranali Khaki, we then had the world renowned Qari in Ramadhan, along with the classes run by Sheikh Mohammed Abbas Virjee at Sunday Fajr and Thursday nights.
Please attend and be part of the finals which hopefully inspires our youth.

DUA TAWASSUL – TUESDAY WEEKLY – 7.30 PM
Every Tuesday we will have Maghrib prayers and Dua Tawassul, remembering those suffering severe oppression. Isha Jammat Prayers 7.20 PM
DUA KUMAYL – THURSDAY WEEKLY – 7.30 PM
Every Thursday we will have Maghrib prayers and Dua Kumayl.

JUMA – FRIDAY WEEKLY – Zohr
Starting at Zohr time please join us for these blessed prayers. Khutbah starts at Zohr time.

Starting 15 minutes after Fajr time followed by Dua and Quran recitation and with a breakfast to complete the program.
