Muharrum 1444 – Mens and Ladies programs
Salaam Alaykum,
We are expecting the first night of Muharrum to be Saturday 30th July, 2022 (subject to sighting of the moon). We are pleased to advise we have Sheikh Mohammed Abbas Virjee as our main speaker (English) and Sheikh Nasser Khallil who will present in English to our younger audience. Both are young up and coming speakers who are an asset to our community and with the Grace of Allah will serve all our communities well into the future.
Ladies program
We are pleased to advise the respected Zakira Tahera Jaffer will be joining us live ONLINE (upon VISA approval she will travel to Sydney) for the entire 12 nights. this will be an opportunity for the young sisters in our community to participate and have their own program.
The Ladies’ Muharram 1444 program will take place at Imam Hasan Centre in Hall 1 from
Sat 30th July -Thurs 11th August at 7.30pm.
