This Week at IHC – 18/5/2019 – Birthday of Imam Hasan AS & 15th Birthday of Imam Hasan Centre
Salaam Alaykum,
It was on the 16th of October 2004 – 1st night of Ramadhan 1425 that we were granted access to the building and Imam Hasan Centre began.
On Saturday 18th May starting with Maghrib Prayers we will be celebrating the Birthday of our 2nd Imam, Imam Hasan AS and in his honour we will be celebrating the 15th birthday of a building that you have all made into the Imam Hasan Centre.
On Sunday 19th May starting with Maghrib Prayers we will have Duas and Quran recitation.
Also on Sunday 19th May – the OUT-standing Moominen group will be goign to Martin Place Sydney to distribute food to the homeless and struggle street community – small bus will leave at 4.30 from Imam Hasan Centre.

Extra Quran Classes for IHS students
Imam Hasan Centre is offering Thursday evening Qur’an classes for new and existing IHS students who wish to improve their recitation. Thursday Qur’an classes intend to supplement the madrasah learning.
Classes will be taught by Sister Amina Alimohamed.
