Imam Hasan School News
Term 3 has begun and it’s going to be a short and busy term. We will be conducting Parent-Teacher interviews this term, so please look out for the dates and make sure to mark in your diaries so you can attend.
Please bring children by 4.15pm so they can benefit from the Assembly discussions. Classes finish at 7.30pm.
There will be no classes on Saturday 2nd September as it is the day of Eid ul Adha.
Students of Imam Hasan School and their families and friends are invited to join us at Luna Park for an Eid celebration instead from 4pm onwards. Tickets for Madrassah students will be discounted; prices are as follows and include unlimited rides:
IHS Student – $25 per student
Non IHS student – $33 per student
Parents – Entry only – No Rides – FREE
Parents – RIDES – Unlimited pass – $33
Please see the Office at IHC to fill a form and make ticket payments. Payments will need to be finalised by the 19th August.
Families are welcome to bring their own dinner/snack and drinks to Luna Park.
Upcoming events
The next majlis will be held on Saturday 5th August to celebrate the birthdays of Lady Masuma of Qum and 7th Imam Ali Raza A.S. Majlis will begin at 7.30pm.

Extra Quran Classes for IHS students
Imam Hasan Centre is offering Thursday evening Qur’an classes for new and existing IHS students who wish to improve their recitation. Thursday Qur’an classes intend to supplement the madrasah learning.
Classes will be taught by Sister Amina Alimohamed.
