Saturday 31st March – Celebrating the birthdays of 1st Imam Ali A.S. & 9th Imam Muhammad Taqi A.S. at 7.30 PM – Maghrib 7.11 PM
We will have Maulana Kamran Ali Jafri – the new resident Alim at Al-Asr Centre Victoria, and Br. Imran Naziri will lead the reciting of the URDU poetry.
There will be presentations by the Madrassah students and Kahoot Quiz (easy)
Maulana Kamran Ali Jafri – has been serving the community of Malawi in Africa for over 8 years. Maulana Kamran has been serving the communities in many different aspects including being a resident Aalim and working actively with youths of the community. Maulana Kamran has completed his religious studies at Madressa-e-Hujjatiya of Qum.

CAR WASH
Thank you to everyone who participated in this event – may Allah bless you all, whether you washed the cars or paid for washing the cars or contributed in any way – the funds will go to provide foods for families in Ramadhan.

Please arrive by 5pm for Assembly.
Children must bring their Quran textbooks from 2017.
Fees for 2018 term 1 are $60 per child and $20 for the Islamic studies textbook. Discounts apply for the third and fourth child. Fees are payable in the Office now.
Please be aware that term fees must be paid in full even if children do not attend part of the term due to leave for any reason. If you are going away on holidays, please let the teacher or Admin know.
One parents is required to stay at IHC all the time if your children are in Classes 1-4 until the children are settled into the term’s routines.
Please be careful when parking and take children to the classrooms if they are in Classes 1-4.

TEACHERS REQUIRED FOR THURSDAY EVENING CLASSES
Allhamdullilah, Thursday evening classes have more than 20 children registered and we are in need of teachers to help with Quran. If you can spare an hour from 6.30PM – Maghrib, please email ihs@imamhasancentre.com.au
Extra Quran Classes for IHS students
Imam Hasan Centre is offering Thursday evening Qur’an classes for new and existing IHS students who wish to improve their recitation. Thursday Qur’an classes intend to supplement the madrasah learning.
Classes will be taught by Sister Amina Alimohamed.
